Returns & Refund Policy
Faulty Goods:
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, or may have been damaged in transit, you may request a refund, or replacement. You must notify us immediately upon receipt of goods.
Returns:
In order to qualify for a refund or replacement item, you must return the item to us at your own expense within 14 days of receipt. Once received, the goods will be checked by our team to assess the issue or fault.
Refunds:
If a refund is due, we will apply the refund to the original purchase method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note, refunds cannot be made on products that have been returned opened.
